Our Children's Ministry is called IMPACT, which includes all programming for children: infants through 6th Grade. This includes the Nursery, Sunday programming called the Children’s Learning Center (CLC) and Children’s Worship Service, VeBS, and other special children’s events. Our goal through all of this is to love your kids, point them to Jesus, and resource you, as parents, to be the primary spiritual influence on your children.

Programming for children up through 6th Grade whose parents are attending the Adult Learning Center.
All preschool and younger students need to be checked in by a parent/guardian and checked out by the same. Each child will have a numbered nametag filled out by the parent/guardian. This will also give us information regarding allergies, etc. The person signing in the student will keep a tag with the same number that will be used when picking up the child.
The following ministries occur simultaneously with our worship service:
The nursery is a place where children from birth through younger two-year-olds can experience church in a positive way and begin to learn about God while their parents enjoy the main worship service. The nursery is staffed by parents, other caring adults, and young people. During special services, the Nursery expands to accommodate older children as well, usually up to the age of 5.
We want the nursery to be a safe place. To help ensure this, we ask that parents follow our health guidelines for children in our nursery.
The Nursery staff reserves the right to remove a child from the Nursery in order to protect the health of everyone involved.
To ensure the safety of all children who use our facility, we ask your cooperation in adhering to the following policy:
If you need to check on your child, please get the attention of a staff member first, without letting your child see you. This keeps the disruption to a minimum. Also, be assured that our staff of committed parents and volunteers won’t hesitate to come and get you if we can’t comfort your child or if we believe he or she is ill. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Verleen Didier.
