Life Groups
Life Groups are small groups, generally 6-12 people, who meet together in homes or at the church at various points throughout the week to grow spiritually together through Bible study and prayer, encourage one another and develop friendships, and minister together to be a blessing to others.
Life Groups play a very important role at DCC. They are the primary place for pastoral care, community and fellowship, and ministry. Each of our groups seeks to help us integrate three dynamics into our lives of following Jesus:
- Spiritual formation: growing closer to Jesus and deeper in our faith
- Christian community: supporting and encouraging one another through friendships in the church
- Missional involvement: ministry to those outside of our church
Joining a Life Group
You can use our Group Search page to find a group that meets in your area of town or is focused on something you're interested in (change "Any Department" to "Life Groups"), or you can contact Pastor Steve, who can help direct you to a group that would be a good fit for you.

Resources for Life Groups
Many good books and curricula are available for Life Groups to help with the "study" or "learning" aspect of our groups. Some of the key resources that we recommend are available in our Recommended Reading and Recommended Curriculum sections of the Website, but feel free to contact Pastor Steve for other ideas for appropriate studies.
