Women's Ministry
The DCC Women’s Ministry exists to (1) connect women to a community of other women believers, (2) encourage them in their daily spiritual walk and growth, and (3) equip them to use their God-given gifts to serve the church and others.
Activities
A number of activities help facilitate our purpose:
- Annual Women’s Retreat
- Holiday Bake Sale—A fund raiser for women’s ministries occurs in early December.
- Christmas Tea—A fun celebration for DCCers and their friends in early December.
- Women’s Small Groups—A place where support, encouragement, and lasting friendships are born.
- Thursday Morning Bible Study Groups—Beginning each September, several different women’s groups meet at 9:00 at DCC for study and fellowship. A children’s program for infants through Kindergarteners is offered, as well.
