We are so grateful to God that we can do this retreat with your students.
Below you will find helpful resources and information for RYM Colorado!
- Payment – The total cost for RYM Colorado is $800. RYM only accepts payments directly from the host church, so the cost of the retreat can be paid directly to DCC HERE. If you are interested in scholarship assistance, please email Courtney Ross (courtney@deercreekchurch.com)! We would love to help in any way we can!
- $100 deposit is due by January 19, 2025.
- Remaining cost is due by May 18, 2025.

- Location – RYM Colorado is hosted at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO. The address for YMCA of the Rockies is 2515 Tunnel Road, Estes Park, CO 80511 – We plan on arriving at DCC at 1:00PM and leaving for RYM at 1:30PM on Monday, June 9th from DCC to arrive at YMCA at 4:30PM. We will stop in Boulder on the way up to buy snacks for the week. We will return to DCC on Saturday morning at 11AM. We will have two (2) 15 passenger vans and one (1) leader cars to travel in with the kids!
- Schedule/Activities – A sample schedule of RYM can be found HERE. All activities are provided in the cost of the camp. However, there are extra activities available for students if they are interested (e.g. mountain biking, etc). Instructions to register for these additional activities will follow once your student has completed Deer Creek’s registration process, found above (link in item #1).
- Packing – Our recommended packing list can be found HERE. (based on RYM’s recommended packing list from previous years)
- Emergency Contact Information/Cell Phone Policy – Students will not be allowed to bring their cell phones because we want to be intentional and use this time to build connections with other believers and grow in the knowledge of Jesus. We will have walkie talkies for each group and leaders will have cell phones should you need to be in contact with your student. As such, should you need to contact your kids and are unable to reach them, we will provide a list of leader phone numbers or you can reach the trip leader Chad at 785-312-4926 or Courtney at 303-956-0324.
